ADMINISTRATION OF THE ACT

The Access to Information (ATI) Act is administered by the Documentation, Information and Access Services Unit. This unit is a part of the Human Resource Management and Administration Department. This function is performed by the Director of Documentation, Information and Access Services, whom is seated at the Labour Division.
